Interesting and colorful blog. For myself once I begin a task that I have decided needed to be is to decide that I will work on it for 20 minutes or so and then take a 5-10 minute break. Doing so, gives me a feeling of accomplishment and the "carrot" of the intermittent breaks allows me to relax and reboot.

These stats did not differentiate between people who received the single dose Johnson & Johnson and those who decided not to get the second shot from Moderna or Pfizer.
